"Dave Beilke took over this office when the prior principle retired. I had been quite happy with her and was unsure what I would do with the new operation but I have quite satisfied and not inclined even to test other options for a couple reasons. First Dan knows his business and how to handle the multiple insurance lines we have with State Farm (all but life insurance because we already had a complicated whole life policy). Second, I often deal with the person that is the first point of contact and I have never dealt with someone in that role who is as good as at this office. There is never a mistake, if I’ve left something undone they me and then takes care of it. They know seemingly perfectly which questions and details to handle and which to defer to Dan. Only with my financial advisor have I had similar experience and in that case the front person is also a registered financial advisor that I’ve worked with for almost twenty years. One advantage of this odds that the top agent will often be busy and we world connect later whereas here the front person is invariably available. In summary, I really like the agent and I especially like the personnel that he has that makes the officer run like clockwork."

"Great at selling...but thats it. I got renters insurance through State Farm last year, easy, fair price. This year I was looking into buying a car and called them to get Non Owners Insurance to be able to test drive cars. Getting that was also easy. However, everything went down hill when I bought a car 3 days later and went with another provider with my car insurance because they were cheaper. I called 3 days after I bought the Non Owners Insurance and told them to cancel it. They said they would and to expect and check refund -3 days I had the policy. One week later, I check my state farm account....its still listed. Call customer service, they cant do anything and I should talk to the person that sold me it. I email, they promise its canceled as of the day we talked. One MONTH later, I receive a bill. I called and was told someone would call me back right away in the morning. Im obviously still mad so I do some price shopping for renters insurance while I wait. 5 HOURS later I called again and what do you know, they were expecting me. As soon as I said my name they manically said they were sorry and something about their computer process but they are fixing it and I should expect my refund. I told them too little too late and switched my renters insurance so they could cancel that too. The man nervously laughed that I should HOPEFULLY see my refund for that AT SOME POINT. Whatever.... I switched, Im giving them the time for my refund. 1 week later... I just got a notice sating my non owners insurance was canceled due to non payment. Excuse me?? Im going to be nice and give them another week before I call...mostly to try and calm myself down. Im glad I switched, if the company cant handle a simple cancelation, wont call people back, and are like "eh...maybe something should happen eventually" how can anyone expect to trust them with making an actual claim? Bullet dodged. And I still want my money back."
